Johan de Rooij

Johan has been active as a comics writer for decades now. In addition to his scripts for Donald Duck magazine and others, he has published many small-press editions with his own work. His comics range from touching human stories and personal reflections to funny concepts and narrative experiments. He was also the initiator of comic magazine De Lijn (The Line) for young talent and served as editor of the Donald Duck Pockets for many years.
