toine heemskerk

Toine Heemskerk (Maastricht, 1997), lives and works in Maastricht. Toine draws and writes poems and tales in comic form. His work appears in his zine 'Het Kasteel' (translated: The Castle) which is the collective title for his work. The main theme in his work is the inner experience of the individual. His work is richly illustrated, where things that can't be said are drawn instead.
