Mark van der Graaff
Mark van der Graaff (Rotterdam, 1967) is an illustrator and writer. Under the name m a r k u s, he created cartoons and illustrations for publications including the VPRO Guide, PZC, Psychologie Magazine, and Metro, and published graphic stories in GR’NN, Comix 2000, and the Slibreeks.

He has created three-dimensional drawings and installations in various art centers, including the Kabinetten van de Vleeshal, the Jan van Leeuwen Foundation, and JCA De Kok. Short stories have appeared in DW B and De Gids. In 2018, he published his first novel, Mijn moeder en haar zoon (My Mother and Her Son) at Wereldbibliotheek.
