Hanco Kolk (Den Helder, 1957) has been a well-known and award-winning comic artist and scriptwriter since 1984. Over the years, he has explored the medium in depth, producing work ranging from everyday newspaper strips (such as S1ngle) to literary graphic novellas (such as Meccano). Hanco is one of the founders of Cross Comix.

Floor de Goede (Amsterdam, 1980), also known as Flo, has been publishing a daily comic strip on his own website since 2004. His comic strip (Flo) has now been published in eight different volumes, and he has published several (award-winning) children’s books in collaboration with Edward van den Vendel.

Guido van Driel is the author of ten comic books / graphic novels and the director of six documentaries and feature films. In 2013, the International Film Festival Rotterdam opened with his film ‘The Resurrection of a Bastard’, an adaptation of his own graphic novel ‘Om mekaar in Dokkum’.

Julia Roeselers is a self-taught documentary-maker and visual artist rolled into one. She particularly enjoys making documentaries about controversial social issues and strives to adopt a multidisciplinary approach when portraying them. For example, she made a film in collaboration with the Dutch poet laureate Babs Gons, in which her beautiful spoken word accompanied the film.

She has also previously worked with animation in documentaries and is currently working on a film in which puppetry will feature. For this project, she is directing the documentary, making the clay puppets herself and collaborating with cartoonist and filmmaker Guido van Driel on the set design. In addition, she creates comic-style illustrations: both personal work and posters and flyers for accessible, cultural and community-based initiatives.
